In this part of Settings, you cam manage users, who can connect to the application, and also their related rights. Depended on the granted rights, each user will be able to perform actions or view corresponding actions.
The number of users depends on the license you paid for. You can create as many users, as the license allows you to.
Section ‘Users’ is where user data is stored. Here, you can also view what rights the user has and he will be able to do in the application.
Section ‘Groups of rights’ is intended for creation and storage of groups of rights. Having created most commonly used groups of rights, you will be able to easily assign rights to new users. This is especially convenient if there is more than one person in the company holding the same position.
NOTE. To give effect to the changed user right, the user should restart the application.
