In the list view, you will be able to see all Leads sought out by your company. Using this view, it is very convenient to find Lead or observe the main details of all Leads.
Quick search performs search by the information shown in the columns in this window. In the quick search, enter, for example, Lead name or the name of the responsible person and press the button ; the application will find Leads related to the entered name or it will find Leads of the responsible person.
To find doubled (with the same name) Leads, press the button ‘Search’ on the bottom menu. When the search mode starts, select the name field and search operator “!”, or simply enter ‘!’ and press ‘Enter’.
If you press the button ‘Search’ in the bottom menu, the Leads form view in the search mode will be enabled. In the search mode, all fields start with the magnifying glass icon. Search can be carried out by any Lead field. After entering the search criteria, you can press ‘Enter’ or, on the bottom menu, ‘Continue’. The application will find all entries by search criteria and return you to the list view.
